The general price list for accommodation in Sochi during the Forum:

Hotel reservation procedures

• to book accommodation, fill in the form on the website or call to us;
• booking rooms is available through February 13, 2019; afterwards, rooms are booked with further agreement;
• pre-paid hotel room bill, accommodation voucher and the Agreement guarantee accommodation during the Investment Forum;
• the hotel room bill should be paid within 3 work-days starting from the day it was issued. Booking can be cancelled unless the bill in paid in full (other conditions require additional agreement with one’s personal manager);
• the Forum guests who are not permanent residents of the Russian Federation pay an additional fee (the rate is set by the hotel);
• services which are not outlined in the Voucher are received for an additional fee paid on the premises;

Transport Rentals

Prices include:

• chosen car with full insurance coverage;
• chauffeur services for the whole term of rental;
• car wash;
• fuelling/refueling;
• picking-up and return charges rates are set by the Company.

Attention! Cars are leased without passes! To obtain a pass, it is necessary to book a car, receive the car license plate number from the manager and accredit it. Car accrediting can be done in the Personal Office in the Participants section of the Forum website.
