The modern Nairi Mini-Hotel was built in 2005 in the very center of Sochi, up from Sochi-Magnolia Hotel Complex, close to Kurortny Prospect, the central promenade quay and the Investment Forum pavilions. The hotel is situated on the hillside and requires ascending on foot about 700m from Kurortny Prospect. There are 21 rooms of different types in this hotel.

Deluxe. It is a two-room suite with a bedroom and a lounge. In the bedroom there is a French bed, two bedside tables, closet, table, chairs, padded stool, telephone, air conditioner, refrigerator, wall lamps, local and long-distance call service, TV set, fire alarm. In the lounge: comfortable furniture – folding sofa and easy-chair, coffee table, telephone, TV set, table, chairs, padded stool, closet, refrigerator, air conditioner. In the bathroom: shower cabin, hairdryer, set of terry towels. In summertime all the balconies are appointed with plastic chairs, a table and deckchairs.
