Oktyabrsky Health Resort is situated in Sochi within 15-20-minute drive from the Investment Forum pavilions. It is a modern hotel building with 322 rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, water park, sports center, beauty salon, entertainment center, private beach and a small zoo. This is a four-star hotel.

Room types

Standard (single). is a one-room suite of 15-17m² with a queen-size bed, with/without a balcony, bathroom or shower cabin, toilet. The room is appointed with air conditioner, electric kettle, TV set, ironing board, refrigerator, iron, telephone and hairdryer.
Standard (double). is a one-room suite of 15-17m² with two twin beds, with/without a balcony, bathroom or shower cabin, toilet. The room is appointed with air conditioner, electric kettle, TV set, ironing board, refrigerator, iron, telephone and hairdryer.
Deluxe is a two-room double suite (bedroom, lounge) of 79m² (cottages 1-4, 2^nd wing). In the bedroom there is a queen-size bed, bathroom and toilet. The room is appointed with air conditioner, electric kettle, TV set with VHS/DVD player, ironing board, refrigerator, iron, telephone and hairdryer.
Deluxe is a three-room double suite (lounge, two bedrooms) of 90,8m². In one bedroom there is a queen-size bed, and in the second bedroom there are two twin beds, a kitchenette, terrace, bathroom with Jacuzzi and toilet. The room is appointed with air conditioner, electric kettle, TV set with VHS/DVD player, ironing board, refrigerator, iron, telephone and hairdryer.
Villa Apartment is a separate three-storey 1193m² building with an elevator and its own guarded territory of 2722m². There is a dining room, lounge, den and four bedrooms with queen-size beds. Every bedroom has its own dressing room, balcony and a bathroom with Jacuzzi. On the third floor there is a lounge with billiards, poker table, chess table and a bar. On the villa premises there is a bath complex with sauna, steam bath, Turkish hammam and two outdoor swimming pools with hydro-massage.

Meals

A 400 seats restaurant offers a varied menu for three meals a day: smorgasbord breakfast, lunch and dinner by-request. Dietary meals are served according to doctor's orders. Forum guests' meals are served according to the purchased package services and are included in the room cost.
Evening Bar is for those who like spending time with friends and offers a variety of cocktails and spirits.
Oasis Cafe on the Water park premises serves traditional Caucasian dishes and other national cuisines. In the summer there is an open-air terrace.
