The cozy 5-storey Breeze Hotel building is located in the central part of Sochi next to the Arboretum Park. Across the road from the hotel there is a circus, and within a 5-minute walk there are private and public beaches, Summer Theater, Zhemchuzhina Hotel. Sochi Breeze Hotel has been fully renovated. There are 135 rooms to accommodate 250 guests.

Romance Studio, Kuban’ Homestead, Sakura. This is a one-room suite of 35m2 which combines bedroom and lounge, bathroom with a bathtub, Jacuzzi, TV set, DVD player, air conditioner, telephone, mini-bar, hairdryer, satellite TV. Every room is uniquely styled.
Breeze Deluxe (1 room, 55 m²). This is a spacious two-room suite with a lounge, bedroom and bathroom with Jacuzzi. In the room there is a den, TV set, DVD player, air conditioner, telephone, mini-bar, hairdryer, satellite TV. The room is designed as a deck of a ship.
Business Deluxe (4 rooms, 65 m²) These are two-room suites with a lounge and bedroom. In the room there is fitted Italian furniture, flat screen TV in each room, split-system, telephone, hi-fi system, air purifier. In the bathroom there is a whirlpool bathtub, guest toilet, hairdryer, mini-bar, electric kettle.

Restaurants and bars

Breeze Restaurant for 150 guests offers complex breakfasts, lunches and dinners November through April and smorgasbord meals May through October. There is a great variety of traditional dishes and specialties.
Lobby Bar offers beer, cocktails, wines and hot drinks.
Siren open-air poolside bar offers a wide range of snacks, Caucasian dishes, spirits, cocktails and ice-cream.

Swimming pool, beach

There is an outdoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi near the main hotel entrance. Deckchairs and beach umbrellas are free of charge for the hotel guests. There is also a private equipped beach.
