Villa Anna Hotel is situated in the center of Sochi within a 15-20 minute walk from the International Forum Sochi pavilions. Villa Anna is a modern 7-storey building designed as a 16^th-century Scottish castle with four round turrets. Hotel windows overlook the botanical gardens with palm trees, bamboo and banana groves. The hotel was built in 2004 and has its own premises. The nearest hotel is the Sochi Breeze Hotel. Villa Anna has 27 rooms of different types.

Room types

Standard – a one-room double suite. In the room there are two separate beds (or one French bed), TV set, air conditioner, hairdryer, refrigerator, in-room safety deposit box, bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).
Studio – a one-room double suite. In the room there is a large French bed (1,8 x 2,0 m), folding easy-chair or a big sofa, TV set, satellite TV, air conditioner, hairdryer, refrigerator, in-room safety deposit box, bathroom (shower cabin with hydro-massage, sink, toilet).
Studio with a balcony – a one-room double suite. In the room there is a large French bed (1,8 x 2,0 m), folding easy-chair or a big sofa, TV set, satellite TV, air conditioner, hairdryer, refrigerator, in-room safety deposit box, bathroom (shower cabin with hydro-massage, sink, toilet).
Junior – is a two-room double suite. Rooms of this type have original design and consist of a bedroom with a French bed (1,8 x 2,0m), a lounge and a small dining room in the turret part. The total size of the room is 32m². In the room there is a TV set, air conditioner, hairdryer, in-room safety-deposit box, china set, kettle, bathroom (shower cabin with hydro-massage, sink, toilet, bathrobes and disposable terry bath slippers).
Deluxe – a two-room double suite consisting of a bedroom with one large bed (1,8 x 2,0m) and a lounge. The total size of the room is 33m². In the room there is a TV set, air conditioner, hairdryer, in-room safety-deposit box, china set, electric kettle, bathroom (shower cabin with hydro-massage, sink, toilet, bathrobes and disposable terry bath slippers).

Royal House Cottage has its own fenced territory with a swimming pool 4 x 6m (1,35m deep). Inside the cottage there are Russian Baroque style luxurious rooms of different color schemes, high quality furniture and bathroom equipment, split-systems. This three-floor 200m² cottage consists of four bedrooms, a den, lounge, kitchen, nursery and several bathrooms.
Fligel – is a one-storey building with one bedroom, a small kitchen and bathroom. In the room there is a TV set, air conditioner, hairdryer, refrigerator, in-room safety deposit box and bathroom. The cottage is designed in the style of a hunters’ hut with the total area of 30m².

Meal

Good Merlin Restaurant and Chateau Compound Café are at the guests’ service. During the International Investment Forum Sochi-2012 meals are served according to the purchased Package.
