Zhemchuzhina Hotel is located in the center of Sochi only 30m from its own private equipped beach. The hotel is a 19-storey building with 956 rooms, almost all of which have a sea view. On the hotel premises there is an outdoor sea-water swimming pool, gym, saunas, several cafes and restaurants, a large parking lot. Within walking distance from the hotel there are: Winter Theater, Arts square, Festivalny Concert Hall, Mayak Water Park, seafront quay, Primorsky and Frunze Parks. Zhemchuzhina Hotel is located within a 2-3 minute walk from the Investment Forum pavilions, some of which are actually located in the hotel.

Business Deluxe**** is a spacious two-room suite located in the corner part of the hotel building with a crescent balcony and a panoramic sea view. In the room there is a double bed, sofa, desk, air conditioner, TV set, telephone, plates/dishes and silverware, in-room safety deposit box, mini-bar, radio, balcony. It the bathroom there is a whirlpool bath, bidet, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe and a guest toilet. The total area is 54,7 m²; balcony 28,6 m².
President Deluxe is located in the corner sea-front part of the hotel building on the 14th floor. This is a first-class suite with a business meeting area, den, two crescent balconies and bed with remote control in the bedroom part. In the room there is air conditioner, cable TV, satellite TV, DVD player, hi-fi system, telephone, DECT telephone, desktop computer, mini-bar, plates and dishes, tea and coffee china sets, cut-glass goblets, silverware, in-room safety deposit box, hairdryer.
